Crew Leader, Mowing

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mowing crews to ensure timely completion of projects
• Lead daily job site operations, including mowing, trimming, and edging
• Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques for lawn care and equipment use
• Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations
• Assist with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all tools are operational
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and supervisors to facilitate smooth workflow and address any concerns promptly

Requirements

• Proven 3 years experience in mowing
• Prior supervising or leadership experience in landscaping or construction projects
• Strong understanding of landscaping equipment operation and safety procedures
• Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
• Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment as needed

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
