Overview
We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Landscape Crew Leader / Driver to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and has experience leading a small crew. The Crew Leader will be responsible for driving company vehicles, managing daily job assignments, and ensuring landscaping projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company truck and trailer to and from job sites
• Lead and supervise a small landscaping crew (2–4 team members)
• Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and clean-ups
• Operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.)
• Ensure work is completed to company quality standards
• Communicate job details and expectations to crew members
• Maintain equipment and ensure vehicles are kept clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Experience in landscaping or lawn maintenance
• Experience leading or supervising a crew preferred
• Ability to drive a truck with trailer
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous crew leader or foreman experience
• Knowledge of landscaping plants and basic installation techniques
• Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment
