Crew Leader/Supervisor

Seeking highly self motivated individual to lead teams of 3-4 crew members for all aspects of landscaping and lawn maintenance. Must be able to work independently, make decision, and complete jobs in a professional and timely manner.

Required -

Valid Arkansas Drivers license with a clean driving record.

Must be able to pull a trailer.

At least 1 of the following:

2-5 years experience leading people. (Preferred)

2-5 years experience as a lawn care supervisor.

Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Be able to lift 50+ pounds.

Equipment operator (Preferred)

• 8 hour shift

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Landscaping/lawn care: 2 years (Preferred)
• Experience with zero turn mowers, weed eaters, and backpack blowers. (Required)\
• Equipment operator (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
