What You’ll Do

We are hiring responsible and motivated team members to join our staff. While this is a staff-level position, it carries important responsibilities that support both our managers and the guest experience. Staff members are expected to take ownership of their assigned area, uphold safety and service standards, and contribute to the smooth operation of the park.

Openings are available across multiple departments

• Guest Services / Front Desk – welcoming guests, processing admissions, answering questions, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out.
• Attractions / Adventure Floor – supervising play areas, monitoring safety, and guiding guests through activities and attractions.
• Café & Concessions – preparing and serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Event & Party Host – coordinating birthday and group events, setting up and decorating, leading activities, and ensuring every party guest has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Services / Front Desk
• Welcome and check in guests with a positive and professional attitude.
• Handle ticketing, waivers, wristbands, and payment transactions accurately.
• Answer guest questions, explain attractions, and provide information about park rules and safety guidelines.
• Assist with lost and found and guest concerns, escalating issues to management when needed.
• Intervene politely but firmly when guests engage in unsafe behavior.
• Restock supplies, and support front desk operations when needed.
• Promote and sell park merchandise, add-ons, memberships, party packages, and gift cards to guests.
• Attraction / Adventure Floor
• Supervise Trampoline zones, Strike Arena, Soft Play, ropes courses, Multi-Court, Battle Beam, Valo Arena, Valo Climb, VR Arena, and other activities to ensure guest follow safety rules at all times.
• Perform safety checks on equipment, harnesses, and guest wristbands before use
• Reset equipment and prepare attractions between guest uses to keep operations smooth.
• Keep Attraction and Adventure floor areas clean,
• Assist younger children and provide guidance where needed
• Café & Concessions
• Prepare and serve food and beverages quickly and safely, following health standards.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, handle cash or card transactions, and maintain accuracy.
• Keep the café and concession areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service during high-volume periods
• Event & Party Host
• Lead birthday parties and group events, from setup to completion.
• Engage with guests by coordinating activities, games, and party flow.
• Serve food, beverages, and cake while keeping the party area organized.
• Communicate with parents/organizers to ensure event needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Assist in decorating and setting up party rooms, and return them to clean condition after use.
• Team Collaboration
• Work closely with other staff members and management to ensure a safe, positive, and efficient guest experience.

What You Bring to the Team

· Ability to consistently make safe and responsible decisions in a fast-paced environment.

· Comfortable standing for extended periods, walking across large facilities, and occasionally lifting up to 30 lbs (e.g., equipment reset, supplies, decorations).

· Friendly, approachable, and able to engage positively with children, parents, and groups of all sizes.

· Clear and professional communication with guests, teammates, and supervisors.

· Ability to monitor trampoline and adventure attractions, identify potential risks, and intervene confidently but respectfully.

· Willingness to collaborate with other staff members, rotate roles when needed, and support teammates during busy times.

· Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak times for the park.

· Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, childcare, or recreation is helpful but not required — training will be provided.

· Background Check / Safety Requirement: Employment is contingent on passing a background check to ensure the safety of our guests and compliance with company standards
