Spirit Direct is the official North American distributor of UFC licensed equipment. We provide high-quality UFC products to retailers across the U.S., ensuring efficient service and seamless distribution for wholesale accounts.

We are growing and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Crew Member to join our team in Grandview, MO. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting a range of warehouse and light manufacturing tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and fill heavy bags using a large automated machine
• Operate and troubleshoot the heavy bag machine alongside team members
• Understand timing and steps needed to move components efficiently through the production process
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
• Load and unload shipments, including receiving containers
• Organize stock and maintain accurate inventory
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• Assist with fabrication or special projects as needed
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and support company growth
• Responsibilities may evolve as the company continues to grow

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus
• Experience with packing, shipping, and logistics processes
• Inventory management and organizational skills
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills for processing orders and updating inventory
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
