The ideal candidate will:

• Resolving customers' questions and grievances in a professional manner
• Ensuring you follow health and safety regulations
• Supporting the Lead or owners in areas needed
• Collect customer's feedback and mention improvements to the menus, service, and appearance
• Keep a positive tone
• Develop positive working relationships with all team members and work as part of a team by helping others as needed or requested
• Works as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks
• Offers friendly and expeditious customer service
• Adapt to changing business volume levels with a sense of urgency
• Completes all other duties assigned as necessary
• Follow instructions for recipes, steps of service and sanitation guidelines
• Opener / Closer Role

Qualifications

This position will require long periods of standing on hard surfaces, occasionally in warm temperatures.There is also likely to be extensive lifting of supplies and materials and moderate to loud noise. The use of hands and arms to reach for, grasp and manipulate objects is required. Finger dexterity may be required for cash register use. There will be exposure to the hot equipment throughout the day.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, College Degree preferred
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Customer service attitude
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g., evenings, holidays, weekends)

NOTE: ALL TIPS ARE KEPT BY THE EMPLOYEES (POTENTIALLY UPTO $3 PER HOUR ON TOP OF FIXED HOURLY)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
