Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality smoothies and other food items efficiently, maintaining consistency and presentation standards
• Operate POS systems such as Toast POS to process orders accurately and swiftly
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen stations
• Assist with food safety protocols, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Support team members with bussing tables, food delivery within the restaurant, and general restaurant upkeep to ensure a smooth operation

Skills

• Experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurants is highly required
• Familiarity with POS systems such Toast for efficient order processing
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to engage guests positively
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order totals
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
• Previous restaurant experience or work in the food industry is required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
