Crew Member

Scaped is a locally owned property maintenance company based in Stowe, VT, looking for 1–2 reliable team members to help with spring, summer, and fall work.

Work includes:

• Spring cleanups (leaves, debris, yard cleanup)
• Mulch installation
• Light landscaping and bed maintenance
• Gravel driveway cleanup and repair
• General outdoor property work

This is hands-on, physical work done outdoors in a small crew. We take pride in doing clean, detailed work and leaving properties looking better than when we arrived.

• Reliable and shows up on time
• Able to work outdoors in all weather
• Comfortable with physical labor
• Pays attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willing to learn

Experience is helpful but not required — reliability and work ethic matter most.

Schedule:

• 2–5 days per week depending on availability
• Typical hours: 9am–5pm

Pay:

• Based on experience

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
