Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as edging, pruning, digging, and installing landscape features.
• Support excavation activities using equipment like excavators for larger landscaping or construction projects.
• Perform lawn care duties such as mulching, fertilization, overseeding, and snow plowing during seasonal changes.
• Help install hardscape elements like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures.
• Maintain equipment and tools regularly to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site.

Experience

• Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools and power tools is preferred.
• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or general maintenance is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles or gardening practices is beneficial.
• Experience operating small machinery such as excavators or snow plows can be advantageous.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety guidelines and work effectively in outdoor environments.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
