Position Overview:
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Tropical Smoothie Cafe team member, you’ll be the face of our brand — delivering excellent customer service, making delicious smoothies and food, and keeping the cafe clean and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a positive and friendly attitude
• Take accurate orders and operate the POS system
• Prepare smoothies and food items according to recipes and safety standards
• Ensure cleanliness of workstations and dining area
• Follow all food safety and operational procedures
• Assist in opening and closing duties as needed
• Work as part of a team to meet service goals and maintain a positive culture

What We’re Looking For:

• High energy, dependable, and positive attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Prior experience in food service is a plus but not required
• Must be at least 16 years of age (age may vary by location)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Shift availability:
