Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and dependable Crew Members to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through hands-on work with landscaping, lawn care, and landscape maintenance projects. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create beautiful, functional environments for our clients. Responsibilities

• Assist with landscaping projects including planting, pruning, tree care, and hardscape installation
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators and lawn mowers safely and efficiently
• Perform lawn care tasks like mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeration to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
• Support irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal watering practices
• Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as mulching, trimming trees and shrubs, snow plowing during winter seasons, and general site cleanup
• Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and basic repairs to ensure safety and functionality
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards and quality expectations

Experience

• Prior experience or familiarity with landscaping, gardening, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, hand tools, power tools, and small construction equipment such as excavators is a plus
• Basic understanding of horticulture principles and plant care techniques
• Ability to operate landscaping machinery including mowers, trimmers, and snow plows safely
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills in landscape maintenance and tree care
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions for extended periods
