Responsibilities

• Assist with lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing to maintain healthy turf and vibrant landscapes
• Support landscape maintenance tasks including pruning, tree trimming, planting, and gardening to enhance property aesthetics
• Operate hand tools and power equipment like trimmers, blowers, excavators, and irrigation systems safely and effectively
• Contribute to hardscape projects by helping install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures
• Perform snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access and clear pathways for clients
• Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met
• Collaborate with team members on landscaping projects involving horticulture, tree care, irrigation setup, and general site cleanup

Experience

• Previous experience or familiarity with landscaping or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right motivated candidate
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators is advantageous
• Basic understanding of horticulture principles, lawn care practices, and tree care techniques is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for active tasks
• Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
