Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and swiftly.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with a positive attitude.
• Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Support upselling efforts by recommending menu items and promotions to enhance sales opportunities.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, giving correct change, and balancing cash drawers.
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning workstations, and adhering to sanitation standards throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper sanitation procedures.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and retail math calculations.
• Experience in food preparation, cashiering, or retail environments such as grocery stores or cafes is advantageous.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment
