Crew Member – Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance

Best Lawn Care is a growing landscaping company dedicated to providing exceptional lawn care, landscape maintenance, and outdoor improvement services. We take pride in our work, our clients, and our team. We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Crew Member to join our landscaping team and help maintain high-quality service across multiple properties and job sites.

Job Summary

The Crew Member assists with daily landscaping and maintenance operations by performing hands-on outdoor work and supporting the team in completing projects efficiently and safely. This role requires reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping and lawn maintenance duties including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, planting, mulching, weeding, and property cleanups.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and responsibly.
• Help maintain company vehicles, trailers, and equipment in good working condition.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete daily assignments on schedule.
• Communicate respectfully with supervisors, coworkers, and clients when needed.
• Occasionally assist with driving company vehicles to transport crew members and equipment between job sites, if authorized.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping, lawn maintenance, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, rain, and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
