Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a national fast-casual restaurant brand with over 1,350 locations in 44 states. Our mission is to make eating better easy breezy with fresh, made-to-order smoothies, wraps, and flatbreads that Inspire Better® in the communities we serve.

This is an on-site role as part of the Sunshine Squad responsible for creating a positive atmosphere and promoting a great dining experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile.

Duties:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Participate in customer loyalty programs and promotions.
• Assist with inventory management and stocking.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Support other team members as needed.
