We are hiring for the crew member or service crew position for the QSR brand in Abu Dhabi.

Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Crew Members to join our QSR team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be energetic, responsible, and willing to deliver excellent service while maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Take customer orders accurately at the counter or through POS systems.
• Prepare food and beverages following brand recipes and standards.
• Ensure cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations at all times.
• Assist in receiving and storing inventory and supplies.
• Maintain proper hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards.
• Handle cash/card transactions responsibly.
• Support team members and follow instructions from the Shift Supervisor/Manager.
• Ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements

• Previous QSR or F&B experience is an advantage (not mandatory).
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and customer-friendly approach.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long hours and manage fast-paced environments.
• Valid UAE visa or eligibility to work in the UAE.
