Company Overview

Clean Crew USA has been in business for over 20 years and works with many home builders in the Tarrant County area to perform make ready cleans. After the home is primarily constructed we begin one of several cleans over the final finish out phases. We sweep, vacuum, and wipe down the homes. We remove window protective coverings, stickers, and clean the tracks and finalize window glass. We also remove excess texture, mortar and paint from the windows and frames. After all flooring, hardware, fixtures, bathroom glass etc, are installed, we detail the house and finalize floors during a final clean.

NOTE:

We will pick you up and drop you off from your home.

Responsibilities:

- Ability to maneuver and climb 2 story ladders

- Work QUICKLY and EFFICIENTLY while maintaining quality standards

- Follow all instructions from the Crew Leader

- Ability to recognize problems and correct them or report them

- Run backpack style vacuum, and upright vacuum

- Clean and wipe horizontal surfaces, cabinet and drawer interiors

- Pull plastic coverings off windows

- Scrape stickers off windows, and clean glass

- Clean excess texture and mortar and silicone off windows and frames

- Sweep floors, remove trash

- Pull floor coverings

- Mop Tile, Wood, and Custom Flooring

- Any other cleaning tasks as directed

- Unload and load truck with supplies for job

- Keep truck organized and neat

- Detail house during final cleans

Qualifications:

- Learn new tasks and procedures quickly

- Climb 6 foot A-Frame ladder with equipment

- ABILITY TO MANEUVER AND CLIMB 2 AND 3 STORY EXTENSION LADDERS

- Must be able to communicate effectively in the English language

- No disabilities that will affect your ability to do your job safely and effectively.

- Must be able to lift at least 50+ pounds

- Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods

- Must be dexterous enough to lift and bend up and and down throughout day

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

- Ability to approach work with positive energy and enthusiasm

- Punctual and Reliable

- Valid Drivers License a Plus.

Background:

- We can work with varying situations. Must be willing to undergo a background check

- Some offenses we can work with you, Some we can't

- Zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol in the workplace

- Willing to undergo random drug and alcohol testing as necessary

This is a W9 / 1099 Contract of Labor Position

We offer pickup and drop-off, in most cases, within 10 miles of downtown Fort Worth TX.

There is Bonus incentive for each job completed under budget and without call backs to fix anything. These are distributed after the project is complete and the customer has paid the invoice.
