Duties:

Customer Service Excellence

• Greet every guest with a friendly and positive attitude

Food Preparation & Quality

• Prepare and serve Auntie Anne’s pretzels and Cinnabon products according to brand standards
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation meet company expectations
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Teamwork & Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Support coworkers during peak hours and high-demand periods
• Communicate effectively with shift leaders and management

Adaptability & Efficiency

• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Adapt quickly to changing tasks, priorities, and customer volume
• Assist in multiple areas including front counter, food prep, and cleaning

Store Operations & Cleanliness

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
• Follow opening and closing procedures
• Provide prompt, courteous, and attentive service
• Take accurate orders and handle transactions efficiently
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old be able to operate the Commercial Dough mixer
• Previous food service or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
