Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as PAR POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upsell menu items to enhance sales, and provide exceptional service.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols.
• Assist in food handling duties such as stocking supplies, managing food storage, and ensuring proper food safety practices are followed.
• Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks like serving customers, food prep, and cashiering seamlessly.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Familiarity with POS systems like PAR POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are important for accurate transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service roles within the food industry or retail environments will help you excel in this energetic setting.
• Culinary experience or kitchen work background can enhance your ability to prepare quality menu items efficiently.
• Strong time management skills are essential to keep up with fast-paced service demands while maintaining attention to detail. Hourly + Tips

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
