Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and food safety.
• Operate POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with cashiering duties, including handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers at shift end.

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all new team members.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus but not mandatory—training will be available.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and order accuracy are essential.
• Experience working in quick service or fast food restaurants, cafes, or retail environments will help but is not necessary.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures is highly valued.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support restaurant operations. Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
