HIRING ON THE SPOT – ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE

THE PAY:

• Total Rate: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour (Base + Tips)
• The Breakdown: $11.00 - $13.00 Base Pay (depending on position/experience) + $2.00/hr Guaranteed Tipsadded to every single hour you work!

THE ROLES (ALL POSITIONS):

• Store Openers (7:00 AM Start): Start the day right! Bake fresh bread from scratch, prep fresh produce, and get the store ready to rock.
• Sub Makers & Grillers: Master the juice and the sprinkle! Craft beautiful cold subs "The Mike's Way" or bring the heat on the grill making perfect hot cheesesteaks.
• Shift Leaders: Run the floor, manage the high-energy vibe, support the team, and fast-track into higher management.
• Slicers (18+): Master the slicer and interact face-to-face with customers to bring the authentic Jersey Mike's experience to life.
• Closers (Out by 10:00 PM Latest): Close it down securely, keep the store sparkling clean, and get home at a great time. No super-late nights here!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for outgoing, hardworking, friendly, and responsible individuals to join our winning team!

• Character: Reliable, punctual, positive, and ready to bring the energy to our brand-new store.
• Community Spirit: You love interacting with people and are excited to support the local Huntsville community as part of our Grand Opening 5-Day Charity Fundraiser!
• Leadership Experience: Preferred for Shift Leader roles (6+ months of restaurant supervisor or keyholder experience).
• Age Requirement: 16+ welcome! (Note: Must be 18+ to operate the slicing equipment).

AVAILABILITY & SHIFTS:

• All Shifts Open: Full-time and part-time options from our 7:00 AM openers to our 10:00 PM latest closers.
• Weekend Priority: Weekend and shift flexibility are essential to lead our teams through our busiest, highest-volume Grand Opening weeks!
