Cricket Wireless Bilingual Sales Rep (Clarion)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Sales Representative for Cricket Wireless in Clarion. This role involves engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, demonstrating products, and assisting with sales transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, retail experience, and the ability to connect with diverse customers in both English and Spanish. As a key member of our team, you will help drive sales growth while ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Demonstrate mobile devices and accessories, including product demos
• Assist customers in selecting suitable plans and devices based on their needs
• Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities
• Manage POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
• Educate customers on store promotions and new products
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy using proper phone etiquette
• Supervise or assist with inventory management as needed

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in electronics or wireless services
• Supervising experience is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising, stocking, and cashiering processes
• Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual) required
• Ability to perform retail math including basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management
• Customer service experience in grocery stores or similar environments is advantageous
• Proven ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately

Pay: $12.50 - $14.50 per hour
