Your Role
As a Wireless Sales Advocate, you’ll be the friendly face greeting customers as soon as they enter the store. You’ll help them find the right devices, plans, and accessories while offering exceptional service from start to finish. If you love connecting with people, solving problems, and working in a lively retail environment, this role is a great match for you.
What You’ll Do

• Provide a warm, professional greeting to every customer.

• Understand customer needs and recommend the best wireless solutions.

• Stay informed on Cricket promotions, device features, and store procedures.

• Help drive store sales and contribute to overall team success.

• Assist with activations, port-ins, device setup, and general troubleshooting.

• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.
