Position Overview:

We are seeking a Crime Script Writer with a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of crime narratives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching real-life crime cases, developing compelling scripts, and transforming raw facts into engaging, well-structured screenplays. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi.

Key Responsibilities:

Write original, engaging, and structured scripts based on crime stories

Develop storylines, dialogues, and character arcs that suit visual media

Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and editors to ensure scripts meet production requirements

Revise and edit scripts based on feedback

Maintain deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, English, Journalism, or a related field (completed)

Proven ability to write in English with strong grammar, structure, and narrative flow

Excellent storytelling and creative writing skills

Keen interest in true crime, investigative journalism, and dramatized storytelling

Strong research and analytical skills

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Prior experience in scriptwriting, journalism, or content writing will be a plus
