Civil and Criminal Litigation
Budget: ₹50,000-70,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience: 4 to 6 years (Post-Qualification)
Excluding Internship experience.
Role Overview :
We are seeking a competent and experienced Senior Attorney – Litigation to independently handle civil and criminal matters, represent clients before courts and tribunals, and mentor junior associates. The role requires strong drafting, arguing, and case-management skills with a hands-on approach to litigation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Litigation & Court Work
● Independently handle civil and criminal litigation matters before District Courts, High Courts, and relevant tribunals.
● Appear for hearings, arguments, and interim applications.
● Develop litigation strategies in consultation with seniors/partners.
● Manage end-to-end case responsibility from filing to disposal.
2.Drafting & Pleadings
● Draft, review, and finalize plaints, written statements, petitions, applications, affidavits, rejoinders, appeals, and written submissions.
● Draft legal notices, replies, and settlement documents. Client & Case Management
● Liaise with clients to understand facts, provide legal opinions, and give regular updates on case progress.
● Maintain accurate records of case status, deadlines, and court dates.
● Coordinate with clerks, juniors, and support staff for filings and compliance.
3.Team Leadership & Mentorship
● Guide and supervise junior associates and interns on drafting, research, and procedural compliance.
● Review work prepared by juniors and ensure quality and accuracy. Research & Compliance
● Conduct legal research on case laws, statutes, and procedural aspects. ● Ensure compliance with court procedures, timelines, and ethical standards.
Eligibility & Requirements
● PQE: 4–6 years of relevant experience in civil and criminal litigation.
● Proven experience in court appearances and independent case handling.
● Strong drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills.
● Sound knowledge of CPC, CrPC, IPC, and other applicable laws.
● Ability to manage multiple matters and work under deadlines.
● Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Preferred Skills
● Experience before District Courts and High Courts.
● Prior mentoring or supervisory experience.
● Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
