Criminal Defense Attorney

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Folsom, CA, for a Criminal Defense Attorney. The attorney will handle a range of duties, including representing clients in criminal defense cases, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, advising clients on their rights, and formulating defense strategies. The role requires court appearances, effective communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to managing cases from start to finish.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law, Criminal Law, and Criminal Defense Law

- Proven experience or knowledge in Criminal Defense or Prosecution and related legal processes

- Proficiency in legal research and writing

- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

- Licensed attorney with active membership in the California State Bar

- Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and handle a high-pressure environment

- Prior experience in courtroom litigation is an advantage

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
