Criminal Defense Attorney

This is a criminal law trial attorney position. Responsibilities would include jury trials, bond hearings, plea negotiations, discovery, depositions, motions to suppress, motions to dismiss, motions in liminie, misc. motions, evidentiary hearings, sentencing hearings, post-trial conviction relief motions and appeals.

Applicants should be excellent writers, personable, hard working, and organized, with criminal law experience.

This position has high earning potential, with a base salary as well as commissions and holiday bonuses.

The position is for mostly misdemeanor cases, with a small percentage of felony cases.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
