What Youll Do:

• Handle a diverse caseload, including felonies, misdemeanors, and federal cases (if licensed).
• Develop strategic defense plans tailored to each clients unique circumstances.
• Represent clients in court with confidence and strong advocacy skills.
• Draft motions, conduct legal research, and ensure compliance with court requirements.
• Communicate regularly with clients to build trust and deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with experienced legal professionals to refine strategies and share insights.

What Were Looking For:

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in criminal law (public defenders and prosecutors looking for new challenges are definitely welcome), including felony cases and jury trials.
• Strong courtroom presence and ability to manage complex cases independently.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) will be great to have, but not mandatory.
