Location: McKinney, TX (DFW) | Compensation: $55,000 – $70,000 Base + Bonuses

Our clients come to us during the most stressful moments of their lives. The Case Manager serves as their guide through the legal process, ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and confident from retention through case resolution.
We are seeking a top-tier Case Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes ownership of the entire client journey while managing 150+ active cases with precision and discipline.
ResponsibilitiesClient Experience Leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after retention
- Guide clients through the criminal defense process with clarity and professionalism
- Deliver a white-glove client experience that builds trust and confidence
Communication & Client Support
- Maintain strict communication standards with same-day or next-day responsiveness
- Ensure no client goes more than 7 days without proactive communication
- Prepare clients for court appearances, attorney meetings, and key case milestones
Case Progression Management
- Manage 150+ active cases while ensuring continuous progress
- Coordinate with attorneys and staff to keep cases moving efficiently
- Track hearings, deadlines, discovery updates, and case milestones
- Maintain accurate case documentation within the firm’s case management system
Performance Expectations

- Continuous case progression with minimal stagnation
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of legal case management experience (criminal defense preferred)
- Exceptional communication, empathy, and professionalism
- Ability to manage 150+ active cases with strong organization and follow-through
- Experience with Clio, MyCase, or similar case management platforms
- Calm and professional demeanor when assisting clients facing serious legal matters
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
