About the Role
Two Feather Solutions urgently seeking a highly skilled Criminal Intelligence Analyst to support investigations focused on human trafficking, labor trafficking, and organized criminal activity. This is a mission-driven role requiring strong analytical capability, independent judgment, and the ability to work with sensitive information in a secure environment. You will collaborate with investigators, develop intelligence products, conduct open-source research, and support multi-agency coordination efforts. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality analytical and intelligence products to support ongoing investigations
- Conduct open-source intelligence (OSINT) research and data collection
- Develop timelines, link charts, case summaries, and investigative briefings
- Present findings to investigative teams and law enforcement partners Facilitate collaborative meetings with multiple agencies
- Support victim-centered investigations with accurate, actionable intelligence
- Ensure all work complies with applicable laws, regulations, and confidentiality requirements
- Provide testimony in court if required
- Maintain strict data security standards and follow agency protocols
Required Qualifications
- Fully qualified criminal intelligence analyst with no training required
- Demonstrated experience producing intelligence products in a criminal or investigative setting
- Proficiency in open-source investigative techniques
- Ability to gather, assess, and synthesize information from diverse sources
- Strong briefing, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to work on-site in Oklahoma City (40 hours per week)
- Must pass a comprehensive background investigation and polygraph
- Must sign a non-disclosure agreement and adhere to strict information-handling policies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with human trafficking, labor trafficking, or transnational crime investigations
- Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, intelligence studies, homeland security, or related field
- Language proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Fujianese (preferred but not required)
- Prior experience as an analyst in a law enforcement or intelligence environment

Compensation
- Competitive full-time contract compensation
- $40 – 63/hourly rate based on experience and qualifications
Pay: $40.00 - $63.00 per hour
