Critical Care APP - Pulmonary

Pulmonary Associates of Lancaster is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (CRNP or PA) to join their ICU team. As part of a highly productive team, consisting of 9 Physicians and 9 APPs, delivery of comprehensive Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine quality care for adult patients is our specialty. The provider team helps patients manage acute and chronic Pulmonary conditions in the Intensive Care Unit, the Trauma Intensive Care Unit, and the Intermediate Intensive Care Unit. As part of our ICU APP care team, you have the opportunity to practice within a well-supported environment to coordinate and provide medical care for hospitalized patients with the care team. Central and arterial line insertion procedures are included in the job duties.
Pulmonary Associates is the premier provider of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine services in Lancaster County. Our team-based care approach ensures patients receive the highest standard of care with direct access to services to promptly meet each patient’s needs.
Hours: Full-time, 10/12-hour shifts including days/evenings/nights as well as weekends. Shift differentials provided for off-hour shifts.

Job Requirements
Nurse Practitioner

• Valid Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner license and Certificate of Prescriptive Authority in Pennsylvania
• Valid Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse
• Certification by ANCC or other qualifying agency in area of specialty required
• Minimum one-year experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred

Physician Assistant

• Current licensure as a Physician Assistant by PA Board of Medicine
• Graduate of Accredited Physician Assistant training program
• Minimum one-year experience as a Physician Assistant is preferred

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
