General Day Shift (No Night Duties)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage ICU, Critical Care, and Emergency Department operations
• Provide clinical leadership and ensure adherence to hospital treatment protocols
• Handle emergency and critical cases, stabilize patients, and coordinate advanced care
• Supervise duty doctors, RMO/MO staff, and ensure quality patient care delivery
• Coordinate with specialists, consultants, and nursing teams for patient management
• Monitor patient progress and ensure timely clinical interventions
• Ensure compliance with NABH / hospital quality standards
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Participate in audits, mortality meetings, and clinical review processes
• Address patient and attendant concerns professionally
