CRM Administrator

About the Role


We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing the company’s CRM system, ensuring that all customer and agent data is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized. This role also involves preparing reports, coordinating with other departments, and supporting the daily operations of our CRM team.

Key Responsibilities


  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Update and manage CRM data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Lead distribution Across whole process.
  • Excellent Excel knowledge.
  • Organize and maintain agent databases.
  • Identify and communicate errors or discrepancies in data to relevant users.
  • Update and monitor spreadsheets related to CRM activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely responses to requests.
  • Support process improvements and assist with CRM system updates as required.


Requirements


  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a CRM or similar administrative/data management role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A team player with good coordination and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays when required.
  • Candidates living near the office will be preferred.
