CRM Analyst
to help build a clear, reliable CRM analytics foundation across the company. This role focuses on designing and improving CRM analytics to help teams make clearer, more consistent decisions. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams, serving as a bridge between data and business outcomes.
A core part of the role is to build strong analytical foundations—turning recurring analyses and reports into durable CRM data assets that support long-term growth and decision-making.
What You’ll Do

Turn recurring analyses and reports into reliable, reusable CRM data assets

Design and maintain a CRM analytics framework covering the full customer lifecycle

Build and optimize core CRM metrics across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and conversion

Write and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple systems

Partner closely with:

Sales to improve funnel visibility and lead-quality insights

Marketing to support segmentation, lifecycle analysis, and campaign performance

Product & Engineering to ensure accurate event tracking and clean data flows

Translate data into clear insights, dashboards, and actionable recommendations

Help align teams on shared definitions, metrics, and views of performance

Contribute to improving data quality, documentation, and reporting standards
What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or CRM-related roles

Strong SQL skills and confidence working with large, structured datasets
-
Experience analyzing sales, marketing, or product data
-
Practical, outcome-focused approach to analytics

Comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
-
Clear communicator who enjoys making data accessible and useful

Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a growing organization
Nice to Have

Experience with BI tools or analytics frameworks beyond SQL

Familiarity with CRM platforms or marketing automation tools

Background in SaaS, EdTech, or subscription-based products

Interest in experimentation, segmentation, or lifecycle analytics
