- Experienced Technology consulting professional with practical experience in CRM implementation in a Bank or other Financial services organization
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms and their integration with enterprise systems.
- Experience with API management, data modelling, middleware, and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with banking compliance, customer data privacy, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end program lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics / Zoho CRM / Salesforce experience is preferred

- Understand the CRM solution, lifecycle and the functional journeys
- Lead the technical discovery and assessment of current systems, data flows, and integration points.
- Define the target CRM architecture, including data models, APIs, middleware, and security layers.Plan integration with core banking systems, digital channels, analytics platforms, and third-party services.
- Collaborate with business, IT, compliance, and vendor teams to align CRM goals with enterprise strategy.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution blueprints.
- Define data exchange protocols, synchronization frequency, and error-handling mechanisms
- Assess data quality, structure, and governance for CRM readiness.
- Define data migration strategy, including cleansing, mapping, and transformation processes.
- Ensure CRM architecture complies with banking regulations
- Define access controls, encryption standards, and audit mechanisms.
- Produce detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
