  • Experienced Technology consulting professional with practical experience in CRM implementation in a Bank or other Financial services organization
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and their integration with enterprise systems.
  • Experience with API management, data modelling, middleware, and cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with banking compliance, customer data privacy, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee end-to-end program lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics / Zoho CRM / Salesforce experience is preferred
  • Domain ExpertiseCRM in Banking space
  • Understand the CRM solution, lifecycle and the functional journeys
  • Lead the technical discovery and assessment of current systems, data flows, and integration points.
  • Define the target CRM architecture, including data models, APIs, middleware, and security layers.Plan integration with core banking systems, digital channels, analytics platforms, and third-party services.
  • Collaborate with business, IT, compliance, and vendor teams to align CRM goals with enterprise strategy.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution blueprints.
  • Define data exchange protocols, synchronization frequency, and error-handling mechanisms
  • Assess data quality, structure, and governance for CRM readiness.
  • Define data migration strategy, including cleansing, mapping, and transformation processes.
  • Ensure CRM architecture complies with banking regulations
  • Define access controls, encryption standards, and audit mechanisms.
  • Produce detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per month
