Job Description

• Assist in integrating the CRM and automation processes.
• Assist in implementing automation workflows that connect CRM data with other internal platforms and tools.
• Assist in mapping workflows and ensuring smooth lead and data flow across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure workflows align with business operations.
• Support integrations that enable real-time tracking of campaigns, customer activity, and operational performance.
• Support testing and improvement of CRM workflows to ensure efficiency and performance.
• Monitor CRM performance and report any inconsistencies or issues.
• Support ongoing improvements in automation and process efficiency.
• Maintain organized records and documentation within the CRM.
• Coordinate with teams to implement new use cases and system enhancements as needed.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of CRM systems and automation workflows.
• Comfortable working with data, pipelines, and tracking customer activity.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
