Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM & Automation Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our customer relationship management systems and marketing automation processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving customer journeys, automating workflows, and enhancing lead management to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
• Design and implement automated workflows for marketing, sales, and customer support
• Build and maintain email marketing automation campaigns
• Develop lead scoring models and pipeline tracking systems
• Integrate CRM with third-party tools and platforms
• Ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and reporting
• Create dashboards and performance reports for management
• Improve customer lifecycle processes and retention strategies
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
• Monitor automation performance and continuously optimize processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in CRM management and marketing automation
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
• Strong understanding of sales funnels and customer lifecycle
• Experience with email marketing tools and automation platforms
• Knowledge of API integrations and automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing and lead generation
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for email customization)
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
• CRM certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
