Your day in a nutshell
CRM & Client Management
-
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and up-to-date status of client data in the CRM system

Coordinate with department managers to maintain and regularly update client information
-
Organize client satisfaction surveys, feedback initiatives, and selected client interviews
-
Analyze the client lifecycle and CRM touchpoints to identify opportunities to improve client experience

Monitor and report CRM-related KPIs and insights
Business Development Support
-
Identify
cross-selling and upselling opportunities
within the existing client portfolio

Prepare targeted contact and meeting lists for partners and senior managers
-
Build prospect and target-sector lists for business development initiatives
-
Use
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
and similar tools to identify and qualify potential new clients

Work closely with the marketing and communications team to coordinate messaging and campaigns related to service offerings
Experience & Skills
-
Fluent in English (second language or French is an asset)

Minimum 3 years of experience
in CRM, business development, sales support, or related roles (preferably in B2B services)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights

Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing priorities in a lean, dynamic team

Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills

An entrepreneurial mindset; proactive, curious, and solution-oriented
