About the Role

Atlantis Tech is seeking a highly driven and client-centric Client Relationship Manager to join our onsite outreach team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at communication, relationship building, and managing client expectations in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in strengthening client partnerships, ensuring smooth service delivery, and representing Atlantis Tech with professionalism and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring consistent and professional communication.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups, schedule meetings, and manage all client-related interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to guarantee seamless service execution.
  • Maintain updated CRM records, monitor client progress, and deliver accurate reporting.
  • Support client onboarding processes and address concerns with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Identify trends, gather market insights, and contribute to improved client strategies.
  • Build long-term relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and transparency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Sales, Client Relationship Management, or Inbound Sales (mandatory).
  • Fresh candidates with strong spoken English and confidence on calls are welcome to apply.
  • Exceptional communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and professional etiquette.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with CRM tools or the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Background in RCM, healthcare services, or US-based calling is a strong advantage.
  • Positive, proactive, and problem-solving attitude toward client handling.
