We’re Hiring: CRM Automation Developer

We are looking for a CRM Automation Developer who can build, manage, and optimize automation and integrations across multiple third-party platforms to support our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain custom solutions for third-party software integrations

(Bitrix24, Wazzup, DocMate, Slack, GupShup, and other tools)

Work on Data Security & Migration Projects (Dubai Bitrix environment)

Build and manage CRM automations based on Sales & Marketing requirements

Automate repetitive tasks to improve team efficiency and reduce manual workload

Develop automation using Python, PHP, and Bitrix workflows

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to third-party software, Cloudflare, and CDNs

Handle Business Analytics and Revenue Reporting

(BI Builder, custom monthly reports)

Collaborate closely with Development, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless integration of external tools

Provide technical support and training for agents and lead-handling teams using CRM and third-party software

Required Skills

Strong experience in CRM automation & third-party integrations

Hands-on experience with Bitrix24 workflows

Proficiency in Python and PHP

Experience with Cloudflare, CDNs, and API troubleshooting

Good understanding of business analytics and reporting

Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
