The CRM cum Accountant will be responsible for managing client communications, maintaining financial records, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:1. Client Relationship Management (CRM):
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates, requirements, and approvals.
- Update client information, project details, and requirements in CRM systems or daily work sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (designing, video, digital marketing, motion graphics) to ensure timely delivery of work.
- Handle client queries and escalate issues to the concerned department when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.
2. Accounting Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain quotations, invoices, and receipts.
- Keep accurate records of financial transactions and update accounting software/Excel sheets.
- Assist with monthly expense reports, petty cash handling, and payment follow-ups.
- Support the accountant in preparing financial statements and maintaining ledgers.
- Coordinate with vendors and process bill payments.
3. Administrative Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily office operations, documentation, and record management.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Handle basic HR documentation such as attendance updates, leave records, and employee communication when required.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and support the leadership team with administrative tasks.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments for workflow and approvals.
