CRM cum Accountant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CRM cum Accountant for our advertising company based in Kondotty, Malappuram, Kerala. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships while handling day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update customer data in CRM system
• Handle client communication, follow-ups, and support
• Maintain accounts, invoices, receipts, and expense records
• Prepare basic financial reports and statements
• Coordinate with sales and management teams
• Ensure timely payment follow-ups and collections

Requirements:

• Experience in CRM and basic accounting
• Knowledge of Tally/Excel preferred
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Location: Kondotty, Malappuram, Kerala

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
