CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end order processing — from order receipt to fulfillment.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers for repeat orders, payments, and service feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, production, accounts, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand customer requirements, identify pain points, and provide proactive solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Prepare and share regular reports on orders, payments, and customer interactions with management.
  • Support the sales team with upselling or cross-selling opportunities when applicable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,962.74 - ₹41,503.79 per month
