Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end order processing — from order receipt to fulfillment.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers for repeat orders, payments, and service feedback.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, production, accounts, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer requirements, identify pain points, and provide proactive solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalations promptly and professionally.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Prepare and share regular reports on orders, payments, and customer interactions with management.
- Support the sales team with upselling or cross-selling opportunities when applicable.
