Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a proven track record of delivering meaningful insights to support CRM strategies and decision-making. You will be responsible for analyzing CRM data, identifying performance trends, and providing actionable recommendations to improve customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large and complex CRM datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Provide detailed analysis and reports to support CRM campaigns and customer lifecycle initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate key CRM metrics such as engagement, retention, churn, and campaign performance.
- Identify root causes of performance fluctuations and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and data teams to enhance targeting and customer segmentation.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all CRM systems.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience in CRM data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Proven experience handling large datasets with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of CRM performance metrics and their impact on business outcomes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have:
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, MessageGears, or similar).
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, lifecycle analytics, and marketing automation metrics.
- Experience in developing predictive models or churn analysis frameworks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
