CRM Data Executive

Experience Required: 0–6 months

Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain customer and lead data in the CRM system.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all CRM records.
Regularly clean and validate data to remove duplicates and errors.
Update customer details including contact information, status, and interactions.
Support the team by generating basic CRM reports and dashboards.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams for data corrections and updates.
Track follow-ups, activities, and customer lifecycle stages in the CRM.
Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to company data policies.
Assist with CRM audits and periodic data reviews.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
