Position: Full-Time (On-Site)

Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week

About the Role

We are hiring a CRM Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Bitrix24, CRM automation, cross-platform integrations, and AI-driven solutions. The candidate must have strong technical expertise across CRM development, workflow optimization, data analytics, and chatbot/LLM implementation. This is a full-time, on-site role in our Dubai-based company.

Key Responsibilities

Bitrix24 Development & Customization

Configure, develop, and optimize Leads, Deals, Sales Pipelines, and Sales Funnels.

Implement Lead Automation Routing and dynamic funnel automation.

Develop and maintain Bitrix24 – Wazzup Integration.

Build and optimize Bitrix24 RESTful APIs for system integrations.

Automation & Workflows

Create, enhance, and manage automated workflows for sales, marketing, and operations.

Implement and maintain marketing campaign automations.

Ensure full compliance with Dubai-approved Patient Management Systems.

AI / LLM & Chatbot Development

Design and deploy chatbots and LLM-based automation solutions within CRM.

Integrate AI tools to improve lead management and customer support.

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

Develop and manage dashboards and reports in Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, and BI Builder.

Use Python for data preprocessing, transformations, and analytics.

Provide insights to management for decision-making and performance tracking.

API & Backend Development

Build and maintain RESTful APIs with authentication tokens.

Strong hands-on with PHP for backend development and CRM integrations.

Ensure data integrity, scalability, and secure API connections.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

3–4 years of professional experience as a CRM Developer (Bitrix24 mandatory).

Expertise in Sales Pipelines, Funnels, Lead Routing, and Automations.

Proven knowledge of Bitrix24 RESTful APIs and Wazzup Integration.

Experience working with Dubai-approved Patient Management Systems.

Strong hands-on skills in LLM/Chatbot development.

Proficiency in Python (data preprocessing & automation).

Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, and BI Builder.

Strong backend development skills in PHP.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
