Executive Assistant to Managing Director – Real Estate

Role Overview

The EA to MD will provide high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth functioning of real estate projects, investors, legal matters, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. MD Office & Calendar Management

  • Manage MD’s schedule, meetings, travel, and appointments
  • Prioritize meetings with investors, JV partners, brokers, and consultants
  • Prepare daily agenda, MOMs, and follow-ups

2. Real Estate Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with project, site, CRM, legal, and finance teams
  • Track project timelines, approvals, handovers, and milestones
  • Maintain project dashboards and status reports

3. Legal & Documentation Support

  • Assist in agreements, MOUs, LOIs, JV documents, sale deeds
  • Coordinate with lawyers, architects, and consultants
  • Maintain confidential legal & title documents

4. Investor & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as point of contact for investors, bankers, brokers, and partners
  • Schedule investor meetings and maintain investment trackers
  • Prepare presentations, MIS, and reports for MD

5. Sales & CRM Coordination

  • Coordinate with sales & marketing teams
  • Track inventory status, bookings, cancellations, and collections
  • Ensure timely RERA-related data updates

6. Confidential & Strategic Support

  • Handle confidential communication for MD
  • Support strategic planning, expansion plans, and acquisitions
  • Prepare briefing notes before key meetings

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong coordination & communication skills
  • Excellent follow-up and multitasking ability
  • Knowledge of real estate lifecycle
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Basic understanding of RERA, GST, TDS, and agreements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate / MBA (Operations, Finance, or Real Estate preferred)
  • 3–8 years experience as EA / PA, preferably in real estate
  • Exposure to developers / construction companies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,653.04 - ₹35,786.02 per month
