Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track client interactions and leads.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive campaigns and outreach activities.
• Provide customer support and resolve queries through CRM platforms.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
• Assist in reporting and presenting CRM metrics to management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
• Detail-oriented and organized with good time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving ability.
