Role: CRM – Service Department

Key Responsibilities:

-Handling and supervising CREs (Customer Relationship Executives)

-Managing customer follow-ups and service feedback

-Ensuring smooth service coordination between customers and the workshop

-Monitoring customer satisfaction and resolving complaints

-Maintaining service records and CRM reports

-Improving customer retention and service experience

Requirements:

-Experience in Automobile Industry preferred

-Strong communication & coordination skills

-Leadership ability to manage service team

-Customer-focused approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
