We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive + CRM Specialist with hands-on experience managing marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, and Sharaf DG.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across Amazon, Noon, and Sharaf DG</li><li>Monitor marketplace performance and optimize sales</li><li>Handle CRM activities including customer engagement, retention, and follow-ups</li><li>Coordinate with marketing and operations teams</li><li>Process orders, returns, and customer inquiries</li><li>Prepare sales and performance reports</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Noon, and Sharaf DG platforms</li><li>Knowledge of CRM tools and customer management</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Good understanding of e-commerce operations and online sales</li><li>UAE experience preferred</li></ul>Preferred Candidate<ul><li>Female candidates preferred</li><li>Immediate joiners are a plus</li></ul>Pay: From AED2,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
